Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Lead/Manager, Production Recruiting to drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of production roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will combine hands-on recruiting with day-to-day leadership of a team of recruiters, building strong pipelines and driving hiring against aggressive goals.

You will collaborate closely with Production leadership and hiring managers to align requirements, interview processes, and timelines, while coaching the team on sourcing,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with production/manufacturing focus
• Experience recruiting CNC Machinists, production/manufacturing technicians, quality inspectors, and supervisors
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directing recruiters day-to-day
• Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and manage high-volume searches

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of production positions from intake to offer
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, platforms, referrals, schools, events, and partnerships
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, assessments, and pipeline management
• Partner with Production leadership to align requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Establish recruiting cadence and provide visibility into pipelines and progress
• Support onboarding and development of recruiters as a team
