Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions to lead on-site quality across the full lifecycle of modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems. You will own Quality Plans, ITPs, and FAT readiness, enacting hold points and driving compliance with UL/NEC etc.

This is a facility-based role reporting to the Regional Quality Manager. You will partner with engineering, production and project management to resolve issues, perform audits, and mentor staff while

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and continuous improvement in manufacturing and fabrication.
• Proficient with engineering drawings, specifications and codes.
• ISO-9001 knowledge preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site quality authority and ensure adherence to QMS.
• Approve and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and all quality docs.
• Lead audits, inspections, and FATs to meet customer requirements.
• Drive CAPA and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and project management.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
