Modular Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Production Quality in Lewisville, TX. This facility-based role leads quality assurance and validation across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems used in data centers and mission-critical infra.

You will deploy and improve the QMS locally, reporting to the Regional Quality Manager. The role demands 10–12 years of quality experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly, with strong knowledge of NCR/CAPA,

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement in manufacturing environments (ISO-9001 preferred).
• Proficient with computer tools including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-site quality authority and ensure adherence to QMS.
• Approve and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Lead audits, inspections, and FATs and manage CAPA processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve issues.
• Train personnel on quality standards and lead lean initiatives.
