Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions (MPS) to lead on-site quality across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems. You will own Quality Plans, ITPs, and inspection records, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries to data center and high-tech sectors.

The role requires 10–12 years in quality within manufacturing or industrial assembly, strong knowledge of quality systems, and collaboration with engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial assembly.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with ISO-9001 and customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site quality authority and ensure compliance with QMS.
• Approve and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and quality docs.
• Lead quality assurance across design, procurement, fabrication, and testing.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and FATs per customer and code requirements.
• Lead CAPA activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.
