Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. / Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a Manager, Production Quality to lead QA across the lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data centers and energy customers.

You will own Quality Plans, ITPs, and FAT readiness, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, production, and project management on site. Rosendin offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10–12 years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly.
• Experience with modular systems, skid-mounted equipment, enclosures, or industrial integration projects.
• Strong working knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and NCR/CAPA processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional QMS.
• Approve facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
• Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with stop-work authority.
• Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, fabrication, and testing processes.
• Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with codes and customer requirements.
• Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified and resolved.
• Maintain traceability of quality records and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
• Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations; review documentation and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve issues.
• Participate in customer audits and quality reviews as primary facility-quality interface.
• Train and mentor personnel on quality standards and best practices.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
