Modular Power Solutions, Inc. in McKinney, TX seeks a Manager of Production Quality to lead on-site QA across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems.

You will deploy and enforce QMS requirements, approve Quality Plans, and enable continuous improvement across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and testing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 10–12 years of quality experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly.

Formación

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, NCR/CAPA processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on-site quality authority adhering to QMS.
• Approve and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and all QA documentation.
• Enforce quality hold points and FAT readiness; stop work if risks arise.
• Lead QA across the full product lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and FATs to ensure customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure traceability of quality records and shipment readiness.
• Define supplier quality expectations and track corrective actions.
• Lead CAPA and drive continuous improvement based on data.
