Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler/Analyst to manage scheduling and orders on the Fremont, CA manufacturing floor, mitigate risks to on-time delivery, and forecast capacity and labor needs. The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements and close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize production throughput.

Qualifications

• Operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with business-process analysis and architecture.
• High-volume reporting and data-analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree plus 5+ years relevant experience or certs +3 years.
• Server-product knowledge, including hardware and software.
• Demonstrated verbal and written business communication skills.
• Proven self-starter and fast learner with established computer skills.
• Analytical skills and experience solving diverse and complex problems.
• Judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel as required.
