The successful candidate will analyze operations, develop detailed production plans, and lead process-design initiatives to boost productivity and profitability while ensuring high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Operations experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with business-process analysis and architecture.
• High-volume reporting and data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree plus 5+ years related industry experience, or equivalents.
• Server-product knowledge including hardware and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business context.
• Proficiency with Windows and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling and orders on the manufacturing floor.
• Mitigate risks to on-time delivery.
• Forecast future capacity and labor requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
