Job summary

ITG Brands in Cayey, Puerto Rico (Temporary) seeks a Manual Process Coordinator to support the startup, implementation, and stabilization of a new production area. You will coordinate production documentation, monitor workflow, and ensure accurate records.

You will lead the Manual Process Clerk, analyze operational data, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations to meet business objectives while ensuring safety and documentation standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, operations support, or related areas preferred.
• Experience with production reporting and data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and documentation activities within the manual production process.
• Monitor workflow and production activities to ensure accurate process execution.
• Collect, review, and analyze production data and performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the startup, implementation, and stabilization of the new production line.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities assigned to the Manual Process Clerk.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
