Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking an Industrial Engineering student for a temporary paid internship in Cayey, Puerto Rico. You'll support the implementation of a new production area through observations, data collection, data entry, and reporting activities, working closely with the operations team to monitor and improve processes.

You'll observe workflows on the new line, collect production data, assist with reports and spreadsheets, support supervisors, and participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Industrial Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe production activities and workflows in the new production line.
• Collect and record production data accurately.
• Perform data entry and maintain production records.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and spreadsheets.
• Support supervisors in monitoring production performance.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with documenting production processes and work instructions as needed.
• Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
