Qualifications

• Proven history of sharing updates, answering inquiries, and coordinating work across different teams or departments.
• Experience preparing, verifying, and distributing accurate paperwork, labels, or forms.

Responsibilities

• Standardize production run paperwork and ensure accuracy before job launch.
• Support audits by maintaining organized records for production activities.
• Optimize order fulfillment using real-time data and production schedules to verify availability.
• Expedite critical orders and troubleshoot urgent customer orders with production teams.
• Provide order visibility as the central point of contact for status updates.
• Execute daily and weekly master production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate raw material stocking and transfers between facilities to meet production demands.
