Job summary

appliedinnovation in Ann Arbor seeks a Production Print Analyst to be the technical expert across design, implementation, and support of production print solutions. You will assess business needs, tailor hardware and software, and integrate workflows that improve efficiency.

Collaborate with account executives and customers, deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and training, and help grow professional services and software revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years in a print center or production environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUIs in past five years.
• Technical sales experience preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or IT consulting role working with enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assesses customer needs to identify production print solutions.
• Strategies with Account Executives to drive sales of production print software solutions and integrations.
• Supports Account Executives through technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Clearly articulate features and differentiate solutions to audiences from COs to engineers.
• Develops relationships with prospects, customers, and sales teams.
• Assists in the proposal and closing of the sale of solutions.
• Installs and integrates solutions into the customer’s network.
• Resolves questions regarding solutions, services and training.
• Provides technical support to end users.
• Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
• Improves customer’s business workflow by use of business software offerings.
• Builds rapport and elicit problem details from customers.
• Identifies and learns appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
