Job description

As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for master scheduling, buyer analyses, order management, production scheduling, marketing logistics, customer fulfillment, and inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the accuracy of the Production Planning Report and lead production meetings.
2. Collaborate with the Customer Service/Commercial team to determine future customer product needs and timing.
3. Understand lead times for the entire production process and individual subprocesses.
4. Create and print production batches within the MRP system, focusing on due dates and customer-specific requirements.
5. Coordinate with the Production and Supply Chain Manager to assess schedule feasibility based on workforce, equipment, and raw material availability.

This position is NOT remote. You will work five days a week from our Lafayette, IN office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field with 2-3 years of industry experience (desired).
• High School Diploma with 3+ years of industry experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP systems.
