Foxconn Wisconsin is seeking a Production Planner

Join our project management team to integrate procurement, logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient material flow from order entry to fulfillment. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate critical thinking skills and advance your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Production Planner will facilitate cross-functional discussions, analyze future production needs, and support the Project Management team as needed.

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Apply SIOP (long-range, demand, supply, capacity planning) to all operational areas and participate in review discussions.
2. Create and maintain production data based on documentation; compile reports on production performance.
3. Manage SAP BOM and recipe load files; support new product introductions via planning bill of materials.
4. Facilitate cross-functional discussions impacting operations.
5. Analyze future production requirements, including workforce planning, to develop recommendations for machine load and staffing.
6. Schedule operational materials to ensure optimal production levels.
7. Monitor supply chain to identify shortages or bottlenecks.
8. Resolve inventory-related issues and adjust schedules based on constraints.
9. Manage deadlines in line with project expectations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management; Bachelor's preferred.
2. 1-2 years relevant experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Commitment to product safety and quality standards.
