Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio is seeking a Production Planning/Scheduling professional to build and maintain the master production schedule, coordinate material readiness, and balance capacity against ramp demands.

You will lead planning meetings, track WIP and delivery performance, and collaborate with supply chain and floor operations. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in planning, MRP/ERP, and strong data skills are required.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Plan DPU production: build schedules, material readiness, and coordination between supply chain and the floor.

• Coordinate material availability for builds
• Balance capacity against demand from the campus ramp
• Track WIP and delivery performance
• Run planning meetings

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years production planning/scheduling
• MRP/ERP experience
• Strong spreadsheet and data skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range:

$70,000 – $90,000 per year
