Job summary

RectorSeal Fall River, MA is seeking a Production Worker I to help assemble and prepare products for shipment. This on-site, hourly role requires daily presence at our Fall River facility and may include overtime during peak times and year-end.

Responsibilities include loading assembly lines, packaging finished goods, organizing shipments, and conducting basic quality checks. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or 6 months related experience and be able to work 8-12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 6 months manufacturing or distribution experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts standing.
• Reliable and punctual; available for all shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety rules and quality standards.
• Verifies product quantity/quality per requirements.
• Assists production personnel per instructions and specs.
• Operates simple machines and completes assigned tasks.
• Produces required quantity within tolerances.
• Assembles and packs materials for shipment.
• Prepares goods for shipment and keeps area clean.
