Job summary

RectorSeal, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Production Worker I to help manufacture, assemble and prepare products for shipment. The role is on-site, with duties ranging from loading assemblies to packaging and organizing loads for dispatch. You will perform basic quality checks and support the production line in a fast-paced environment.

You must follow safety rules, work 8–12 hour shifts, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be offered during peak times and year-end to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 6 months manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Able to work 8–12 hour shifts standing.
• Reliable and punctual; available for overtime as needed.
• Must follow safety rules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow company rules, safety rules, quality standards, and process documents.
• Verify product quantity/quality according to requirements.
• Assist production personnel per instructions and specs.
• Operate simple electronic machines and equipment as directed.
• Produce required quantity within specifications and tolerances.
• Use basic tools to complete tasks and assemble/pack materials.
• Organize and prepare goods for shipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide general support, perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
