Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Packaging Operator I for the MDI line on the 3rd shift in Fall River, MA. The role requires operating automated packaging equipment in a cGMP environment, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include line clearance, machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an additional college credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) to understand instructions and document results.
• Knowledge of basic cGMP and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical packaging equipment with minimum rejection and maximum output.
• Clean machines and change over areas per batch/product requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaging machines.
• Ensure proper labeling and sign-off at all stages.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure line clearance before packaging.
