Job summary

RectorSeal Houston is seeking a Production Worker I to assist in manufacturing, assembly and preparation for shipment. This on-site hourly role involves loading, packaging, and quality checks, with shifts of 8–12 hours and potential overtime during peak times.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills to perform job tasks.
• Ability to read MSDS labels and material labels.
• Basic math skills for quantity checks.
• Willingness to follow safety and quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, quality standards, and process documentation.
• Verify product quantity/quality per requirements.
• Assist production staff per instructions and specifications.
• Operate basic electronic machines for simple tasks.
• Assemble and pack materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand 8–12 hours.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
