Altium Packaging is hiring for a Production Packaging Associate in Turners Falls, MA on a 12hr-C shift. The role involves proper packaging of materials, loading and moving products, and operating packaging equipment while following GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include safety, punctuality, teamwork, maintaining clean workstations, and accurate labeling and packaging to customer specs. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Operates packaging equipment and monitors lines to ensure smooth operation.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and ensure correct labeling and packaging according to customer requirements.
• Duties may differentiate by plant and overtime may be required.
