Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator for the 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM shift at our Sparta Hills facility. You will assemble and inspect automotive lighting components, following strict quality standards and safety policies.

Ideal candidates read and follow written instructions, have basic math skills, and are comfortable with overtime and a fast-paced environment. Join a team-first culture and contribute to innovative lighting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect the production of automotive lighting products, reinspecting work as needed.
• Use IATF 16949 and ISO14001 disciplines; ensure product conforms to established production specifications.
• Communicate opportunities observed to improve safety, quality, and production processes which can reduce injuries, scrap or production losses.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Work safely, adhering to the facility’s quality, environmental, health and safety policies and documented work instructions.
• All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or the Director of Operations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• You’re comfortable with working overtime as needed, including weekends when necessary.
• You’re able to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• You have basic math skills.

• You are capable of performing the essential functions of the job which at times may include for example lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
