Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler (3pm-11:15pm) to load, move, and stock materials across the plant. You will support molding and assembly lines, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Must read and follow detailed work instructions and comply with IATF 16949.
  • Must be reliable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and transport materials between storage, production, and shipping areas.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with cycle counts in ERP.
  • Provide materials to operators for molding and assembly.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Dispose of excess materials per environmental and safety standards.
  • Maintain housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas, production lines, and shipping departments. May at times include loading and unloading trailers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Maintain accurate inventory transactions in PLEX ERP system. Assist with cycle counts.
  • Supply operators with necessary components and ensure materials are available for molding and assembly processes.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, following all workplace safety regulations.
  • Dispose of excess materials and packaging in compliance with ISO14001 environmental and safety standards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
  • Work safely, adhering to the facility’s quality, environmental, health and safety policies and documented work instructions.
  • All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or the Director of Operations.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • You’re comfortable with working overtime as needed, including weekends when necessary.
  • Forklift certification required. Must be trained and certified on all types of PIVs at the plant.
  • Must have exceptional attendance and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be capable of reading and following detailed work instructions and must comply with all IATF 16949 requirements.
  • You are accountable and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised.
  • You are stoked by challenges, pushing to create something new – never settling simply for “the way it’s always been done.”
  • You find new and effective ways to streamline processes for maximum efficiency without cutting corners on safety and quality.

  • You are capable of performing the essential functions of the job which at times may include for example lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
