• Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.
• Select and use proper tools for masking, de-masking, and handling delicate components.
• Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and quality while working with small parts under microscope inspection.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA with a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing environment specializing in printed circuit board assembly coating and encapsulation work. This Production Operator role is ideal for someone with strong hand dexterity, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with small electronic components under a microscope. The position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, consistent hands-on production work, and the opportunity to grow with a quality-focused manufacturing team. Candidates who enjoy precision assembly, PCB handling, and working in a clean, process-driven environment will be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials and production documentation.
• Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process instructions, and quality requirements.
• Perform staking, potting, encapsulation, and coating tasks as directed.
• Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.
• Select and use proper tools for masking, de-masking, and handling delicate components.
• Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and quality while working with small parts under microscope inspection.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as required.
• Location: Fremont, CA 94538.
