Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• - Assemble small electronic components and finished products according to written and verbal work instructions.
• - Perform visual inspections and quality checks to confirm products meet required standards.
• - Use small hand tools to complete detailed and precise assembly tasks.
• - Support lean manufacturing processes and collaborate with production team members.
• - Train on new products and assist across multiple assembly lines as needed.
• - Accurately document production activity and enter data when required.

Compensation and Benefits

• - Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• - Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, temporary ongoing assignment with potential for permanent hire.
• - Schedule: 4/10 workweek with Fridays off.
• - Typical Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some teams starting between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.
• - Work Location: 100% onsite in Goleta, CA.
• - No background check or drug screen required.
