Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Production Operator for the Greenville, SC area. The role includes shifts with a 5:00am–3:30pm schedule (Mon-Thu) and overtime as needed, with a favorable 2nd shift differential.

You will be part of Arkema's global team, gaining hands-on training and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring packaging lines, recording usage, and collaborating with teammates to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
