Job summary

Bostik in Louisville is hiring 2nd shift Production Operators (3 PM - 11 PM) with overtime as needed. Earn $19.50 to $21.50 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Health benefits start Day 1, plus hands-on training in a team-first environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience valued.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and basic hand tools.
• Follow batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in safety programs to achieve zero incidents.
• Work with the team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Production Operator, you will…

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
