Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for night shift in Riverside Gardens, KY. No manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. Benefits begin on day one and there is potential for overtime.

The role involves operating mixers, blenders, packaging lines and forklifts, while following batch sheets to ensure quality products. The team emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and growth within the Arkema network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
