Job summary

Arkema Inc. in Middleton, MA is seeking a Production Operator for the Sunday-Thursday third shift (11:30 PM–7:30 AM) with overtime as needed. The role offers $27.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and health benefits starting Day 1.

Hands-on training and a strong, team-first environment are provided. As a Production Operator, you will follow OSHA and EPA guidelines, operate department equipment, manage batch sheets, handle hazardous materials, and support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operatordriven inplant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a teambased environment.
• Basic problemsolving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
