Bostik is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:15 PM to 7:30 AM) in Middleton, MA. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits beginning on Day 1.

The role emphasizes hands-on training in a team-first environment with safety as a priority. Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining batch sheets, handling hazardous materials, and operating department equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven tasks and training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA/EHS guidelines.
• Follow instructions and SOPs to manufacture quality products.
• Maintain accurate batch sheet administration and retain samples.
• Handle, store, and transfer hazardous materials according to proper procedures.
• Operate all equipment within the department.
• Assist in other areas of Manufacturing as needed.

• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
