Job summary

Join Bostik in Louisville, KY as a Production Operator on 1st shift. Earn $19.50–$21.50 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, plus health benefits starting Day 1 and hands-on training in a team-first environment.

Operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, palletizers, and basic hand tools while following batch sheets and safety programs to meet plant objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
