Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Production Operator in our Louisville, KY area to operate packaging lines and support daily manufacturing objectives. You will work with a collaborative team to following batch sheets and ensure quality products reach completion.

The role offers hands-on training, a strong safety program, and a friendly team environment. The company emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and continuous learning as core values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
