Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Production Operator in Middleton, MA on a weekend day shift (11:30 AM–11:30 PM) with overtime as needed. Earn $27–$30/hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

This role emphasizes safe work practices, adherence to SOPs, and accurate batch documentation within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include following instructions, operating equipment, handling hazardous materials safely, and supporting in-plant lab testing and preventive maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance, and 5S organizational activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines and Arkema/EHS expectations.
• Follow written instructions and SOPs to manufacture quality products.
• Maintain accurate batch sheets and retain sample collection.
• Handle and store hazardous materials properly.
• Operate all equipment within the department.
• Assist in other areas of Manufacturing as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will…

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations


• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.


• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.


• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.


• Operates all equipment within your respective department.


• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
