Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to join a team-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves reading job orders, setting up and operating various machines, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Training will occur within the department, with opportunities to cross-train across equipment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow job orders and specifications.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Monitor product quality and document data in the quality management system.
• Record defects and escalate issues to technicians or management.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as directed by EHS Manager.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross-train in other departments and learn additional machinery.
