Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to operate manufacturing equipment, read and verify job orders, and uphold quality and safety standards. You will work in a team-oriented environment, performing tasks required to complete manufacturing processes and meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the job order, instructions and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes.
• Evaluate product quality and verify procedures.
• Record defects and document quality data in the system.
• Escalate issues to the production technician or management.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as directed.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
