Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our Sterling, VA team on 1st shift. You will read shop orders, set up and operate manufacturing equipment, and perform quality checks to meet production and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods; lift 10-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, and customer specifications).
• Set up and operate different types of machinery according to department processes and job requirements.
• Consistently evaluate product for quality and verify procedures are followed.
• Record defects, document quality data, and escalate issues as needed.
• Read, record, and report required product data on shop orders and in systems.
• Acquire materials, set up the area, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures and report accidents or concerns.
• Cross train on operations and equipment within the area.
