Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 12:00am–8:30am). You will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, read blueprints and shop orders, and ensure product quality within a high-production environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to lift 10–50 pounds. Training and safety procedures are emphasized, with opportunities for advancement through the OAP program.

Qualifications

• Read and understand shop orders, customer specs, and control documents.
• Basic computer skills to update records and email.
• Ability to sit/stand through a shift and lift 10–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler and job instructions.
• Set up and operate machines per department processes.
• Inspect product quality and document data in systems.
• Record defects and escalate issues to technicians or engineering.
• Maintain production area and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety training and PPE requirements.
