Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes.
• Evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed.
• Record defects and document quality data in the quality system.
• Escalate issues to production technician, management, or engineering.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures and environmental health requirements.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross train in other departments and operate additional equipment.
