Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for our high‑production manufacturing floor. You will read shop travelers, set up and operate printing and automated equipment, and perform fine assembly tasks with microscope inspection.

You will monitor quality, record defects in our data systems, follow safety procedures, and keep the work area clean and compliant with EHS standards. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shop travelers and customer specs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, and customer specifications).
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and document procedures adherence.
• Record defects and data in quality management systems.
• Report issues to production technician, management, or engineering promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow EHS procedures.
