Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in a night shift. You will read and understand job orders, set up and operate production equipment, and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The role requires attention to detail, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to work in a team-driven environment with safety as a priority. Health benefits and PTO are provided as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the job order, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and document defects within the QA process.
• Record defects and quality data; escalate issues per policy.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, chemical handling, and hazardous waste rules.
