WorkSmart Staffing in Greenville, SC is seeking a meticulous Encapsulation Production Operator to support nightly production processes. The role pays $18.50 per hour and runs on a 2-2-3 schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

You will inspect softgel capsules, operate the polisher, collect samples, and maintain compliant records and clean work areas. Responsibilities include following SOPs and cGMPs, performing quality checks, preparing QC samples, and ensuring accurate logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic reading/comprehension and ability to complete written documentation
• Comfort working the designated night shift schedule and maintaining regular attendance
• Ability to perform routine physical tasks (standing for long periods; occasional lifting)

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs and cGMP requirements to support production
• Inspect trays/capsules for defects and route items according to quality checks
• Operate production equipment (including polisher) and support in-process steps
• Collect and prepare required QC/AQL and count samples
• Complete production logs, in-process cards, and labels accurately
• Maintain separation of lots/codes to prevent mix-ups and place rejects in designated containers

Job Title: Encapsulation Production Operator Location: Greenville, South Carolina 29607 Hourly Rate: $18.5 Schedule: Schedule: 2, 2, 3 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview

Under supervision of a team leader or supervisor, this role supports production by inspecting softgel capsules for quality, operating the polisher, collecting required samples, completing documentation, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.

• Follow SOPs and cGMP requirements to support consistent, compliant production
• Inspect trays/capsules for defects and route items according to quality checks
• Operate production equipment (including polisher) and support in-process processing steps
• Collect and prepare required QC/AQL and count samples per production requirements
• Complete production logs, in-process cards, and labels accurately and legibly
• Maintain separation of lots/codes to prevent mix-ups and place rejects in designated containers
