WorkSmart Staffing in Greenville, SC is hiring a Production Operator to manage changeovers, operate and pack equipment, and prepare machines for production schedules. The role offers 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) on a 2-2-3 rotation with starting pay of $17.00 per hour, under supervision to ensure safe and efficient output and accurate batch records.

Responsibilities include setting up Softgel equipment, documenting steps, using ERP systems (Oracle, IWMS, MES), and performing moisture checks.

Formación

• Requires cGMP and SOP compliance.
• Must maintain clean work environment and accurate documentation.
• Ability to perform basic math and read batch records.
• Basic computer transactions and data entry.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and escalate hazards.

Responsabilidades

• Changeover, disassemble, clean, reassemble and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document processing steps in batch records and related paperwork.
• Set up, operate and adjust Softgel equipment for each batch formulation.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and calibrations to keep equipment in spec.
• Monitor machine parameters to maintain product quality and proper operation.
