Job summary

WorkSmart Staffing is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift in Greenville, SC. You will operate the end-of-line vision system, monitor product flow, perform in-process and quality checks, document batch results, and support safe, compliant production through proper handling, sorting, and packing of finished goods.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ months in manufacturing, basic English, and the ability to document batch results and perform computer transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 months of experience in manufacturing.
• Basic written/verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to complete batch/quality documentation and perform basic computer transactions.
• Comfort with standing for long periods in a noisy production area; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Follow safety procedures and line clearance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate end-of-line vision system to detect issues and route rejects.
• Perform scheduled in-process and quality checks and document results per SOPs.
• Verify finished product meets AQL/acceptance criteria and assist with bulk packing and skid placement.
• Maintain production code/lot integrity to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination.
• Follow cGMP and cleaning/hygiene procedures, including line clearance and area upkeep.
• Handle materials and assist with packaging and reject disposition per work instructions.

Job Overview

Operate the end-of-line vision system and monitor product flow to identify specification rejects. Perform required in-process and quality checks at defined intervals, complete required batch/quality documentation, and support safe, compliant production through proper handling, sorting, and packing of finished goods.
