Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers and complete changeover setup form
• Arranges assistance for changeover
• Responsible for cleaning of blenders and other equipment for material changes
• Pre-blend and oversee blending or mixing of resins
• Complete paperwork for production sheet, labor log, scrap sheet and daily functional check sheet
• Set all secondary equipment and test functionality to ensure proper setup and operation
• Collect, weigh and document all scrap; enter in system
• Assures that repro is being run into product at predetermined
