Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Operator to safely run winders, glue machines, folder/stackers, conveyors, and related packaging equipment while helping to maintain quality and reduce scrap. You will follow safety, quality and attendance policies, perform visual checks, and assist operators to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands a Traveler.
• Follows all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.
• Performs regular visual Quality Checks per line performance/speed.
• Participates in Safety 100 Program and maintains safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates winders, glue guns, and packaging equipment.
• Maintains scrap reduction and housekeeping to meet quality standards.
• Reports non-conforming product and supports line operators as needed.
• Assists with multiple lines as required by management to meet production goals.
• Keeps work area organized and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
