TCC Materials in Eldridge, IA, is seeking a dependable manufacturing associate to perform multiple roles in a busy facility. Responsibilities include forklift operation, labeling, packing, and ensuring quality and production goals are met within a team environment.

You will participate in batching, mixing, and packaging, maintain accurate production records, and assist with inventory control while adhering to safety PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English and work in a team.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with quality standards.
• Basic math for production sheets, schedules and procedures.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems.
• OSHA forklift training as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for blocks, bags, liquids or packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain weights, record finished goods production.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, and shippers.
• Assist with inventory reviews and raw material ordering.
• Drive forklift to transport items and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain clean work area and wear PPE as required.
• Coordinate with office staff on production/work orders.
