Job summary

TCC Materials, a family-owned Iowa manufacturer, seeks a dependable team member for forklift, packaging, labeling and production line tasks. You’ll work with a team to meet quality and productivity goals while following safety procedures and PPE rules.

Responsibilities include operating batching/mixing systems, recording production data, stocking materials, loading goods, and communicating with office staff on orders. A high school diploma or GED and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift training/OSHA requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move materials around the facility.
• Pack, label, and palletize bags, blocks, and cases.
• Run batching and mixing systems and monitor production quality.
• Record production data on worksheets and logs.
• Interface with office staff for production orders and inventory.
