Job summary

TCC Materials is hiring for a hands-on production associate to support batch mixing, labeling, and palletizing in a fast-paced facility. You will work with a team to meet quality and productivity goals while following safety rules and SOPs.

Responsibilities include operating batching and packaging equipment, recording production data, and assisting with inventory and logistics. Previous manufacturing experience and OSHA forklift training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English and work in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical skills to fill production sheets and schedules.
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems is a plus.
• Forklift training as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for block, bags, liquids, or packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights on the production line.
• Record finished production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, and containers.
• Assist in inventory reviews and ordering raw materials.
• Drive forklift to move items within the facility and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow PPE/House Rules.
• Interface with office staff on work orders and production completions.
