Job summary

TCC Materials, a family-owned manufacturer of architectural and concrete products, invites an energetic Production Worker to join our Vinton, IA facility. You will operate batching and mixing systems, run packaging lines, and help ensure quality and productivity goals are met.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, labeling, inventory support, and collaboration with the production team, warehouse, and office staff. We value safety, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and work in a team.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with quality expectations.
• Basic math skills for production sheets and schedules.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Forklift training as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for block, bagged goods, liquids, or packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and weights on the production line.
• Record finished goods production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, or shippers.
• Assist in inventory reviews and material ordering or adjustments.
• Drive forklift to move items and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow PPE and safety rules.
• Interface with office staff on production/work orders.
