TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production teams at our Eldridge, IA facility.

Roles include operating batching and production systems, forklift operation, labeling, and packaging, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork within a long-standing family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English; able to work in a team.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems and forklift training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems of block, bagged goods, liquid, or other packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line.
• Accurately record finished good production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, shippers, etc.
