TCC Materials Company in Medford, MN is seeking a reliable Production Worker to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will operate batching, mixing and packaging equipment, drive a forklift, label products, and help maintain quality and inventory across the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to fill out production sheets and schedules.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems of block, bagged goods, liquid, or other packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line.
• Accurately record finished good production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, shippers, etc.
• Assist in reviews of inventory levels and completion of inventory forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory.
• Drive forklift to transport manufactured items and to load/unload trucks as needed.
• Adhere to policies and wear PPE, keep a clean work area.
• Ensure accurate inventories/cycle counts and interface with office staff on orders.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.
